Media Content

When you use our face swap feature for dance videos, AI clothing changes, or image editing functionalities, we temporarily process the images or videos you provide to deliver the requested service. These images and videos are processed on our secure servers and are not permanently stored unless necessary to provide the service. We do not perform facial recognition or biometric analysis to identify individuals. The content you upload is used solely for creating the requested effects or edits.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

• To provide and facilitate the delivery of our face swapping, AI clothing change, and image editing services.

For face swap videos, AI clothing changes, and edited images, we typically store the raw uploaded content only for the duration needed to process your request, after which it may be automatically deleted. The resulting generated content may be stored for a limited period to allow you to download it.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
